3. Security measures for highly toxic chemicals
The production, storage, and use units of highly toxic chemicals shall truthfully record the production, flow, storage, and use of highly toxic chemicals, and take necessary security measures to prevent theft, loss, or misuse of highly toxic chemicals; When it is found that highly toxic chemicals have been stolen, lost, or mistakenly sold or misused, it is necessary to immediately report to the local public security department.
4. Storage requirements for hazardous chemicals
Dangerous chemicals must be stored in dedicated warehouses, dedicated sites, or dedicated storage rooms (hereinafter referred to as dedicated warehouses). The storage methods, methods, and quantities must comply with national standards and be managed by dedicated personnel. The entry and exit of hazardous chemicals must be verified and registered. Highly toxic chemicals and other hazardous chemicals that constitute a major hazard must be stored separately in a dedicated warehouse, implementing a dual person receiving and receiving, and dual person storage system. The storage unit shall report the quantity, location, and management personnel of storing highly toxic chemicals and other hazardous chemicals that constitute major hazards to the local public security department and the department responsible for comprehensive supervision and management of hazardous chemical safety for record. Special warehouses for hazardous chemicals should comply with national standards for safety and fire protection, and be clearly marked. The storage equipment and safety facilities of hazardous chemicals and specialized warehouses should be regularly inspected.
